The building to be erected will have three underground floors, ground floor and 12 floors. (3S+P+12). The underground floors will accommodate a parking area for 100 cars and the heating plant, the transformer point and the water supplying plant. The surface of each underground will be 1500 s. q. m. The ground and first floor will be built as commercial area for retail spaces. The 11th floor will be designed as restaurant having a large terrace and a beautiful view of Lia Manoliu stadium and the park next to it.
The rest of 10 floors will be built as open space for A class office space. The customers will have the possibility of dividing the spaces according to their particular needs. The surface of each floor will be of 800 sq.m.
